CAD Editor - Account and Associated Data Deletion
As the CAD Editor team, we value user privacy. You have the right to request the complete and permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
How to Request Account and Data Deletion?
To request the deletion of your account and data registered on CAD Editor:
Via Email Request: Send an email from your registered email address to [Destek E-posta Adresiniz] with the subject line "CAD Editor Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered email or username in the message body.
Types of Data That Will Be Deleted:
Once your deletion request is validated, the following data types associated with your account will be immediately and permanently deleted:
Personal Identity Data: Name, surname, email address, and user profile information.
App Activity & Content Data: All project files, drawing history, preferences, and app configurations created or saved within CAD Editor.
Device & Technical Identifiers: Associated device IDs, token records, and session logs tied to your account.
Types of Data Retained and Retention Periods:
No Additional Retention Period: After your account deletion request is processed, no additional retention or holding period applies to your personal data. Your account and all listed data types are immediately and irreversibly deleted.
Legal Obligations: Only data that must be preserved under applicable legal obligations (such as payment, transaction, or invoice logs, if applicable) will be retained for the minimum period required by law and will be automatically purged upon expiration.
