1. License and Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use CAD Editor for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not reverse engineer, copy, reproduce or distribute the application without authorization.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all files and content that you upload to or create through the application, including CAD drawings, notes and coordinates. You agree not to use the application in any unlawful or harmful manner or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
3. Intellectual Property
The application itself, its design, logo and software belong to CAD Editor and are protected by copyright. The content and intellectual property rights of CAD files that you upload or create belong to you.
4. Advertisements and Third-Party Services
The application displays advertisements through Google AdMob and uses third-party services such as Firebase and Google Analytics. The use of these services is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.
5. Cloud Storage and Your Files
You may store your project files using CE Cloud or connected third-party cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud or Backblaze. The availability, capacity and security of these services are subject to the terms of the relevant provider.
6. Free Version and Future Features
The application is currently free and supported by advertisements. Premium features presented in the “Upgrade” section are not yet active; purchasing infrastructure may be added in the future. In that event, current pricing and terms will be announced separately within the application.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that it will operate without interruption or errors, or that its results will be completely accurate. We recommend independently verifying CAD measurement and coordinate-calculation results before using them for critical engineering or property-related decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the application.
9. Termination
We may suspend your access to the application if you violate these terms. You may stop using the application at any time by removing it from your device.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Important changes will be announced on this page.
